Very few Sales Consultants within the Real Estate world have had the chance to gather the experience that Troy has at the age of 42. Troy commenced his career in the real estate industry shortly before turning 18 and finds himself with over 24 years experience in selling and management of all types of real estate throughout the entire Manning Valley.

Troy’s commitment and experience within the real estate industry has seen him gain his full Real Estate, Stock & Station & Business Agents license at the young age of 22.

At the commencement of 2004 Troy began studies by correspondence to complete his career goal of obtaining a Real Estate Valuer’s License. During the middle of 2008 Troy achieved his goal, at the time he was one of just a few Valuers in his age group on the Mid North Coast.

Troy’s family (Loretan’s) have owned and operated a Taree based Jewellery business for in excess of 85 years. Troy’s late Father, Doug Loretan & late Grandfather, Snow Loretan where very well known and reputed local businessmen.
